South Explorer is a marketplace for adventure travel in Latin America. Every trip on it is run by an independent local operator.
Most of the best guides in Patagonia, the Andes and the Amazon run small companies that are hard to find from abroad. We give them a place to publish their departures, a way for agencies to sell them at net rates, and travelers a single place to compare and book.
We check licenses and insurance before an operator goes live, and we keep the trip descriptions honest: real durations, real difficulty and what is and isn’t included.
