Overview
Playa Guiones in Nosara has sandy bottoms and waves almost every day of the year, which makes it one of the best places to learn or progress. The week combines two daily sessions matched to your level with video analysis in the evenings.
Between sessions there is time for yoga, a sunset horse ride and a trip to Ostional to see olive ridley turtles nesting when the season allows. Accommodation is a jungle-side surf house a short walk from the beach.

Before you go
