Overview
Start at the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint as Andean condors ride the morning thermals, then trek from Cabanaconde down the canyon walls to traditional villages where farming terraces are still worked by hand.
The second night is spent at the Sangalle oasis, a pocket of palms and natural pools at the bottom of the canyon. The final morning is a steep, early climb back to the rim, followed by hot springs in Chivay on the way to Arequipa.
